The whole community consists of several parts, the central plaza, short-term residential units, long-term residential buildings, and various functional small places scattered around (to satisfy different needs).
The central plaza is a gathering place for people to communicate, and the different living units have different patterns and characteristics depending on the length of time they are used.
This is not only a community, but also a utopia with a vision for the future.
This project aims to provide a more suitable living experience for the 'Urba-Fluians' through interior design and regional planning, differing from traditional community and immigrant housing design, offering a deeper and more creative design through a survey of expatriates living in Milan.
Here, people can identify with one another, learn from each other, and encourage the other, making it an ideal utopia in the context of modern high-pressure living environments.
In summary, the 'Urba-Fluians' project is not only an exploration of future community design but also a reflection on existing living arrangements.
